The fermentation is done at a low temperature and lasts between 24 to 48 hours. It is then followed by an alcoholic soft fermentation for twelve days, at low temperature.
TASTING NOTES :
Alluring bouquet of fruit basket with ripe plums and figs. Dry, well-balanced, medium body has a decent structure with smooth tannins. Mineral finish, this casual, eager to please red wine is a perfect bistro wine that goes very well with almost any kind of meat. It is also a good party wine.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS :
This wine is very versatile, from grilled meat to steak to pasta and pizza.
