Antonio Camazzola’s style is linked to a minimalistic approach both in the vineyard
(farming only few hectares) and in the cellar avoiding over-produced wines. Beside the viticulture activity, Vigne del Pellagroso is a farm producing ancient and almost lost in oblivion wheats, flours, potatoes, etc. This wine is the result of the cooperation between Antonio Camazzola and Andrea Marchetti.
Pressed and macerated for 2 days with no controlled temperature in stainless
steel tanks. Not stabilized, unfined and unfiltered. Therefore the wine can throw some sediments. No sulphites added and therefore contains only the sulphites occurring with the natural fermentation.
